BRT station

It is beneficial to have a BRT station rather than just a regular bus shelter is because a BRT station can benefit more people and the environment. It has more space to hold many more people for both directions of the street. It gives the bus a one way road to make the trip fast as possible. It benefits the environment by influencing people to use public transportation rather than their own personal vehicle. BRT stations are beneficial and good looking for the city of Chicago.

Why is the community or the CTA interested in constructing a BRT shelter at this site?
- The community or the CTA are probably interested in constructing a BRT shelter because it’s good for the environment and the neighborhood. It’ll provide another means of transportation and have less cars used. The young residents of the neighborhood will benefit a lot also because they can go to school or get somewhere with the means of bus.

Will the building be used for commercial purposes?
- Yes the building will be used for commercial because advertisement will be placed within the building. It provides money for the building and gives it character.

Will the building for public or private use?
- The building will be used for the public, so it can be beneficial for everyone. This will help a lot of people and the environment with less chemicals in the atmosphere.
Will the building convey some type of message?
- Yes, the building will convey some type of message. When people see this new building it’ll speak for itself. It’ll mean the beginning of development of a future. More modernized society and all the old we’ve seen will vanish. We’re basically developing a new look and a new way of how things will work in the future.

This BRT station will be based on open space, urban because of the city and just if its accessible to everyone in the public including disabled citizens.

This BRT station I have developed and improved is still based on the same factors. The open space for the public to have easy experience. The disabled citizens can use this plus the general public. It should fit nice in the city of Chicago.
