Looks like this project has a lot of potential for success. If you could include a floor plan to indicate adjacencies it would be extremely helpful. Where do the students enter/exit? Staff? Where is the food prepared and served? From this photo it is not clear if the chairs and tables are stored away.

Think about how the space works before and after lunch. Identify what works and what doesn't. Critical thinking is not only about what needs to be improved but what does not.

In this area of the cafeteria the Students usually enter from the stair case outside of the doors i am standing near. This photo also shows how one of the tables are stored, they are all stored this way i only got a simple glimpse of that here in this photo. The food is prepare and served to the front of the cafeteria making this the back of it. The food is served to the center of the cafeteria, you would usually see that during lunch time.
As you can see there is also P.E equiptment being stored into the cafeteria which is not a very great idea.

Okay so I know that this is where the stage use to be placed, what I want to know is, are you going to be bringing the stage back, or leave this wall the way it is?
