Hi. Your photo is blurry because the resolution of the image is too low. Or maybe you've uploaded a screencapture instead of an actual photo? Can you try again to upload a JPG (ideally 640pixels x 360pixels) because we'd like to see what's going on here. (Same problem with your final image in the Collect Info step.) Thanks!
