Community kitchens: key elements of success (Research Brief #54)

Article on the benefits of community kitchens and the considerations necessary to start one. Considerations such as enterprise goals, financial support, and organizational strategies need to be made. For example, some kitchens are meant to simply provide the space for licensing food related activities. I plan for my kitchen to be able to host activities under the organization of the community market but also able to be rented out for necessary events.
